A love-struck Kenyan government official has offered former U.S. President Bill Clinton 40 goats and 20 cows for his daughter Chelsea's hand in marriage.
"Had I succeeded in wooing Chelsea, I would have had a grand wedding," Chepkurgor said.
"I would have invited South African Anglican Archbishop Desmond Tutu to preside at the ceremony."
